About CaptionFetch
CaptionFetch is a transcript and subtitle workspace operated by TritaLabs Pvt. Ltd. We help learners, researchers, and creators make useful text from spoken material they have the right to use.
What you can do here
Download available YouTube captions as readable text or timestamped subtitle files. Choose TXT, JSON, CSV, SRT, VTT, or PDF depending on whether you want to read, analyze, or edit the material. A video must have an accessible caption track; CaptionFetch cannot guarantee captions for every video.
Accounts provide a place to organize sources. Depending on your plan and enabled features, you can translate transcripts, search a saved library, transcribe your own recordings, and draft notes or content with AI. Review generated text and translations against the source before relying on or publishing them.

Our guide content
The CaptionFetch guides explain workflows, limitations, and checks you can perform on your own material. Worked examples are written for the guides and are identified as examples; they are not transcripts copied from other creators. Product instructions describe available features, but source access, plan allowances, and provider availability still apply.
AI drafts and machine translations require review against their sources. We do not present generated text as verified evidence or promise that a caption track is accurate. To report an error in a guide, send the page URL and the passage to contact@tritalabs.com.
Privacy and responsible use
Saved libraries are private to their accounts. We do not create a public directory of users’ transcripts. Only submit material you own, have permission to process, or may lawfully use. CaptionFetch is independent of YouTube and Google.
